Start up and optimize injection molding machines for production readiness
Supervise first-shift operations, assign tasks, and maintain steady production
Conduct mold changeovers, set-ups, and die installations per procedure
Train operators, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure quality compliance
Manage raw material preparation and inventory (blending, drying, etc.)
Requirements
Prior hands-on experience in plastic injection molding (experience-only role)
Proficient with mold changeovers, setup, and machine optimization
Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems and in-process inspection
Ability to train others, supervise workflow, and communicate clearly
Comfortable with physical work, safety procedures, and technical troubleshooting
