We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Procurement Analyst for our Manufacturing department. This is a hybrid role that will allow you to leverage your skills in Accounts Payable, sourcing, Supply Chain, Bidding Processes, vendor management, Audit, ARIBA Procurement, and PO pricing. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to our dynamic team and play a vital role in our procurement processes. With your 3+ years of experience, you will be instrumental in driving our procurement strategies, ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Procurement Analyst, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Managing and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
2. Conducting bid analysis and negotiations to secure advantageous terms on behalf of the company.
3. Implementing and managing Accounts Payable processes and procedures.
4. Utilizing ARIBA Procurement system to streamline procurement processes.
5. Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
6. Developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans in line with company objectives.
7. Managing the supply chain to ensure continuity of supply and minimal disruption to production.
8. Analyzing PO pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness and value for money.
9. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions.
10. Continuously improving procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Procurement Analyst role should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in Accounts Payable, sourcing, Supply Chain, Bidding Processes, vendor management, Audit, ARIBA Procurement, and PO pricing.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insightful recommendations.
4. Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing advantageous terms.
5. Comprehensive knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in using procurement software, preferably ARIBA.
8. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
10. A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
