Job Details

We are seeking a Procurement specialist, to join our team on a Full-time basis:

  • Process procurement requests for various products and services in collaboration with IT, Legal, Compliance and Global Procurement.
  • Process Bid's and submit quotes from vendors
  • Ensure procurement documentation is kept up to date and stored in the appropriate location
  • Ensure payment requests are submitted in a timely manner and in accordance to payment terms agreed with vendors
  • Work with Accounting and Logistics department


DO YOU HAVE:

  • 1+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or accounting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with information management data systems.
  • Interpersonal skills
