Job Details

We’re seeking a Product Analyst to join our Product Development team in Indianapolis. This role serves as a connector between product development, marketing, sales, manufacturing, and compliance, offering a unique chance to gain end-to-end visibility into the product lifecycle.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with an analytical mindset and 3–5 years of experience with physical products who wants to broaden their career path across product management, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze product performance, market trends, and competitor positioning.
  • Conduct portfolio analysis and identify opportunities for new or improved products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, customer service, and suppliers.
  • Translate market insights into product strategies and recommendations.
  • Ensure product strategies account for industry compliance and category-specific regulations.
  • Support product managers in executing initiatives while growing toward independent ownership of projects.


Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in product development, product management, or a related field.
  • Experience with physical products (consumer goods, automotive, industrial, etc.); software-only backgrounds are not a fit.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data to business drivers (revenue, margin, competitive insights).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
  • Growth mindset, curiosity, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
