This role requires a strong background in the design of industrial steel structures, storage products, and agricultural storage products. Proficiency in Inventor 3D, AutoCAD, Vault, AISC, ACI, and ASCE design guidelines is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers in the design and development of innovative products.
- Drive new product development initiatives from concept to completion.
- Implement product improvement strategies to enhance functionality, design, and overall quality.
- Design industrial steel structures and storage products in line with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet customer needs and expectations.
- Use Inventor 3D, AutoCAD, and Vault to create and modify designs.
- Adhere to AISC, ACI, and ASCE design guidelines in all project phases.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and design trends to stay competitive in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product design and development.
- Proven experience in managing a team of engineers.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the design of industrial steel structures and storage products.
- Proficient in Inventor 3D, AutoCAD, and Vault.
- Strong understanding of AISC, ACI, and ASCE design guidelines.
- Experience in the agriculture industry is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
