Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Product Engineer to join our team in the Engineering industry. This remote position requires the candidate to have at least 3 years of experience in aerospace, defense, mechanical, design engineering, RF circuits, manufacturing, product engineering, and engineering. The ideal candidate should have a passion for innovation, a strong work ethic, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design new products using CAD software and other engineering tools, from concept to production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, to ensure product design meets customer requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct product testing and analysis to ensure product performance and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test reports.
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure products are competitive in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in aerospace, defense, mechanical, design engineering, RF circuits, manufacturing, product engineering, and engineering.
  • Proficient in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, including design, testing, and manufacturing.
  • Experience with RF circuits and electromechanical systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
