If you thrive in a collaborative, hands-on environment and want to make a visible impact, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and mentor a cross-disciplinary engineering team focused on new product development and continuous improvement.
  • Drive innovation by transforming customer needs and market trends into differentiated, manufacturable product designs.
  • Manage the end-to-end product engineering process—from early concept through testing, iteration, and commercialization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all projects align with strategic business goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Champion best practices in engineering processes, testing protocols, and documentation standards.
  • Monitor quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements across all development activities.
  • Inspire a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous growth within the engineering team.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years of product development experience, with at least 3+ years leading engineering teams.
  • Deep expertise in mechanical, software, and/or electronics design and systems integration.
  • Proven success in taking products from concept to commercial launch in a manufacturing or high-tech environment.
  • Strong project management skills and a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • A passion for innovation, hands-on problem solving, and technical excellence.
