Our client is hiring a Product Liability Attorney
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in all aspects of litigation including jury and bench trials, appeals, hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Manage a litigation caseload from inception to completion either independently or under the supervision of more senior lawyers.
- Conduct legal research and provide thoughtful written analyses.
- Work closely with other attorneys to provide recommendations for resolving legal issues.
- Participate in Business Development activities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in litigation areas such as products liability, class actions, and multi-district litigation.
- Experience in active participation in depositions, oral arguments, and courtroom experiences.
- Excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of county, state, and federal courts and related rules of civil procedures.
- Strong attention to detail in all work, along with the ability to manage multiple files and to prioritize workloads to effectively meet all deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, and clients.
- Forward thinking, organized, and a team player.
- Ability to independently solve problems and exercise sound judgment with minimal direction.
