Job Details

Essential Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry, with a focus on MMORPGs
  • Proven success launching games in Western markets (North America, Europe)
  • Strong understanding of cross-platform development and operations (PC and Mobile)
  • Experience managing localization, monetization, and server operations
  • Familiarity with MMORPG systems, including in-game economies and endgame content
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and regions

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Korean-developed games
  • Knowledge of Brazilian gaming markets and localization practices
  • Fluency in or experience managing localization for English and Brazilian Portuguese

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full launch strategy for a new MMORPG across multiple regions
  • Build and manage a cross-functional team to support live operations
  • Oversee localization efforts to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy
  • Align regional strategies with global goals, including monetization and content planning
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, influencer outreach, and community engagement
  • Monitor KPIs and use data to optimize player experience and retention
  • Manage mobile platform operations, including app submissions and updates
