A growing SaaS organization is seeking a Product Manager to partner closely with Engineering and Design teams to translate product ideas and customer feedback into clearly defined development work. This role is highly execution-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys structuring requirements, clarifying workflows, and supporting delivery across cross-functional teams.

You’ll work alongside Product leadership and UI/UX to ensure features are documented effectively, customer workflows are well understood, and Engineering teams have the clarity needed to move quickly. Over time, this position offers opportunities to expand into broader product ownership and increased exposure to customers and roadmap strategy.

Job Details

What You’ll Do

Partner with Product leadership to understand roadmap priorities and product direction
Translate product concepts, customer feedback, and business requirements into structured user stories and acceptance criteria
Collaborate daily with Engineering to clarify scope and remove delivery blockers
Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile delivery rituals
Engage directly with customers to understand workflows, challenges, and use cases
Synthesize customer insights into actionable product requirements
Identify edge cases, dependencies, and implementation considerations early in the delivery process
Support post-release validation to ensure solutions meet user and business expectations

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or a similar delivery-focused role
Experience working within SaaS product environments
Strong experience writing user stories, tickets, and acceptance criteria for Engineering teams
Prior collaboration with Engineering teams in Agile development environments
Ability to translate complex ideas into structured documentation
Comfort interacting with customers to understand workflows and requirements
Detail-oriented mindset with strong attention to usability and edge cases
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Interest in growing into a broader Product Management role over time

Nice to Have

Experience working in B2B software environments
Familiarity with ticketing and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira or similar)
Exposure to Customer Success, Support, or implementation teams
