Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to and lead the launch of TCR’s global product: you will build out the strategy, roadmap, and features
  • Work directly with product leads and senior engineers to manage a new product initiative, from concept to market readiness
  • Identify opportunities and initiatives to enable TCR to expand its product portfolio globally
  • Responsible for building and designing complex software flows and specifying cross functional implications (product, finance, analytics...)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on the best strategic direction and market opportunities to tackle first; liaising between go-to-market (GTM,) legal, and compliance
  • Define the scope of development for product features & ongoing feature improvements
  • Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, and actively communicate contingency and mitigation plans
Qualifications / Requirements
  • 7+ years of proven experience managing software products, with experience in B2B
  • SaaS companies preferred. Previous experience in identity/security space is a strong plus.
  • Strong foundational understanding of API-based products and experience with highly technical, multi-workstream product launches
  • Self starter, critical thinking, analytical leadership experience
  • Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces
  • Experience talking to customers, understanding their problems, and synthesizing the findings to define product strategy
  • Experience working with cross-functional, globally-distributed teams and ability to keep up with a fast-paced company
  • Team building attitude
