Job Details

Job Summary:
Lead and manage a portfolio of technical products to meet evolving market demands. Oversee the full product lifecycle—from development to commercialization, growth, maintenance, and phase-out—while maximizing customer satisfaction and driving growth, profitability, and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with overall portfolio goals.
  • Set global pricing strategies using market research and cost analysis; adjust pricing to optimize margins.
  • Gather and translate customer insights and market data into actionable product plans and innovation initiatives.
  • Build compelling business cases for new product development and value propositions.
  • Track key market trends to support strategic planning.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and competitive analyses.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on sales tools, customer communications, and channel readiness training.
  • Support lead generation and sales initiatives in partnership with commercial teams.
  • Balance product cost, quality, and performance in roadmap execution.
  • Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities and market segments.
  • Provide product improvement recommendations based on customer feedback and quality data.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in a technical environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong capability in managing technical product portfolios and business growth initiatives.
  • Proven skills in market segmentation, financial justification, and senior leadership communication.
  • Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and marketing content for targeted segments.
  • Effective project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, preferably in multinational settings.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects under firm deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically or internationally.
