Product Manager

We are an independent manufacturer of Professional turf care equipment who is looking to add a Product Manager to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to create insights for product development and drive product vision and roadmap
• Build relationships with cross functional teams; Marketing, Engineering, Sales, & Service
• Develop business case for product development to launch new solutions and requirements for key projects.
• Monitor market share, inventory levels, profitability of product lines, pricing strategy, etc.
• Create alignment between related products, engineering teams and other stakeholders
• Drive high quality solutions to improve quality and reduce warranty.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license (30% travel requirement(will include local and remote fieldwork)
• Problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to review and summarize data for presentation, direction and decision making.
