Job Details

Day to Day:
  • Develop a system for obtaining feedback from our users. Analyze this feedback, triage the bug reports and prioritize issues
  • Review and prioritize the backlog of tickets
  • Review our analytics to determine what we should be measuring, and create reports to present to the leadership team
  • Partner with our BD team to determine what issues matter to gamers and game publishers. Become a SME in how they think
  • Make recommendations to leadership team on what features and enhancements to make to our products based on user feedback
  • Be a communication hub for all aspects of assigned projects to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Conduct market research into blockchain gaming, decentralized exchanges, points of friction in the crypto user experience

Looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting or technology
  • You are a natural project manager with excellent attention to detail
  • You can translate business needs into tangible processes
  • Desire and ability to thrive in a startup environment, and learn technologies quickly
  • Experience conducting market research
  • Highly organized and analytical minded
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Polished presentation skills
  • Curiosity and/or passion for blockchain tech and/or gaming is a plus
