We are looking for a dynamic, innovative and experienced Permanent Product Manager to join our team.. This role is for individuals who are passionate about driving strategic planning, product management, and product development in the audio industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, preferably with experience in the audio or speaker manufacturing industry. They will be responsible for providing customer insight, ensuring technical feasibility, managing testing and quality assurance, developing go-to-market strategies, and prioritizing product features.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive the strategic planning and direction of our product portfolio, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
2. Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
3. Leverage your engineering background to provide technical insight and feasibility studies for new product ideas.
4. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and insights to drive the development of new and improved products.
5. Oversee the testing and quality assurance process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
6. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products, working closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
7. Prioritize product features based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launch and market penetration.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
2. 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the finance industry.
3. Experience in the audio or speaker manufacturing industry is a plus.
4. Proven track record in strategic planning, product development, and go-to-market strategies.
5. Strong understanding of customer insights and market trends.
6. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong technical acumen.
7. Experience in managing the testing and quality assurance process.
8. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
