Requirements
- Build full-stack features that match millions of candidates and recruiters with hiring teams
- Develop tools and incentive structures that make the platform indispensable for recruiters
- Experiment with growth strategies to unlock liquidity across new industries
- Partner closely with designers and users to craft a seamless, premium experience
- Contribute to product strategy and iterate rapidly in a fast-paced environment
- Take ownership of critical systems and ship end-to-end features that drive growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in software development
- Proven experience delivering full-stack applications from concept to launch
- Background in early-stage startups or personal projects that show initiative and creativity
- Deep attention to user experience and visual design details
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for building tools that solve real-world problems
- Interest in the future of AI and its impact on industries
