Job Details

This role is responsible for overseeing daily plant operations and ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations. You’ll lead manufacturing teams, coordinate production activities, and work closely with plant leadership and cross-functional partners.

The position combines people leadership, operational oversight, and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in maintaining quality standards, supporting process improvements, and ensuring the plant operates at a high level day in and day out.
