Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to join our dynamic team. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, ensuring that our high-quality standards are met while optimizing efficiency and minimizing costs. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of chemical manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and company targets.
Monitor and manage production activities to ensure timely and efficient operations.
Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure availability of raw materials.
Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.
Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production staff, including supervisors and operators.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.
Foster a safe and positive work environment.
Process Optimization:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to introduce new products and technologies.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures.
Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- MUST have Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the chemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
