Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the production process, from planning and organizing to executing and monitoring.
2. Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
3. Lead and direct cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope, and resource requirements.
4. Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
5. Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing holding costs.
6. Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
7. Implement and enforce safety and health policies to ensure a safe work environment.
8. Monitor and report on production performance metrics, providing strategic recommendations for improvements.
9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a production management role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Demonstrated experience implementing Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
4. Proven track record in project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures.
6. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
8. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
