What You’ll Do:
What We’re Looking For:
- Lead, coach, and supervise a 2nd shift production team to meet safety, quality, and output goals.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities based on team members’ strengths while promoting growth opportunities.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and recognize achievements.
- Encourage open communication within the team and serve as the link to upper management.
- Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to organizational processes and safety standards.
- Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide creative solutions to meet production targets.
- Partner with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration across shifts.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment (required).
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a hands-on leadership style.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage resources to achieve results.
- Comfortable with basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience in plastics or molding operations is a plus.
