Job Details
- Lead and motivate a day shift team of manufacturing operators
- Prioritize and manage daily production workflow
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Train new hires and enforce safety and operational standards
- Approve time and attendance records
- Maintain clean and compliant work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes
- Foster a proactive, improvement-driven team culture
Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standards
- Experience implementing Lean/continuous improvement strategies
- Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and meet deadlines
