We are seeking a motivated and experienced Permanent Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be working with a team of skilled professionals, utilizing your expertise in duct fabrication to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the highest standards
- Manage a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Utilize your expertise in duct fabrication to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards
- Work closely with project managers to ensure that all project requirements are met
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to ensure that deadlines are met
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed and that all equipment is properly maintained
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training to ensure that all team members are up-to-date on the latest techniques and technology
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a Production Supervisor role, Shop Supervisor and or Shop Foreman role with strong knowledge of sheet metal/duct
- Strong knowledge of duct fabrication, HVAC, and duct layout
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects at once
