What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Team
We rely on our supervisors to guide and support production staff, providing clear direction, regular coaching, and constructive feedback. You’ll help develop talent and foster a high-performance team environment.

  • Drive Operational Results
You’ll be responsible for meeting daily production targets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring on-time delivery. Using lean tools and data, you’ll identify bottlenecks, reduce downtime, and improve efficiency.

  • Champion Safety and Quality
Safety is non-negotiable for us. You’ll enforce safety protocols, lead by example, and ensure your team understands and follows established procedures. You’ll also work closely with Quality to resolve non-conformances and support root cause investigations.

  • Optimize Processes
We’re always looking to improve. You’ll participate in and lead 5S, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and drive operational excellence.

  • Coordinate Resources
You’ll develop shift schedules, manage labor and material usage, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Communicate Clearly
We expect our supervisors to facilitate shift meetings, escalate production issues appropriately, and maintain clear communication between shifts, departments, and leadership.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Experience in plastics (injection molding, extrusion, or thermoforming) strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
  • Comfortable with ERP systems and basic Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication skills, a team-first mindset, and the ability to lead under pressure
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and employee development

Preferred Qualifications
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems
  • Familiarity with production metrics, daily performance boards, and standard work documentation
