Responsibilities:

As the Production Supervisor, your duties will include but are not limited to:

Overseeing and managing all production activities, ensuring all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively in line with company policies and procedures.

Implementing and maintaining safety standards in accordance with regulatory requirements, ensuring strict compliance at all times.

Training, guiding, and evaluating production staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and boosts morale.

Implementing operational policies and procedures to increase productivity and performance levels.


Qualifications:

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a high volume food manufacturing environment.

Proven experience in implementing and maintaining safety & quality compliance standards.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven record of motivating and leading a team.

Strong knowledge of production operations.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make effective decisions.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
