Job Details
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
1. Overseeing the day-to-day production operations, ensuring all activities align with our established goals and objectives.
2. Monitoring and enforcing Plant GMP SOPs to maintain the highest level of safety and quality standards.
3. Leading and motivating a team to meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining a positive work environment.
4. Analyzing production data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth running of production processes.
6. Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
8. Participating in budget development and management, and cost tracking.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in a business, science, or engineering field.
2. A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a supervisory role within the food or beverage manufacturing industry, dairy preferred.
3. Proven ability to lead operations in achieving key objectives and goals.
4. Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
7. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying hours.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
