Production Supervisor
Primary Purpose:
Oversees production activities, ensuring smooth operations, equipment maintenance, and staff management. Ensures products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate production staff and activities.
Inspect materials, products, and equipment for defects.
Collaborate with other supervisors for efficient operations.
Implement process improvements and motivate employees.
Maintain production data, inventory, and compliance with safety programs.
Cross-train teams for operational flexibility.
Qualifications:
Manufacturing and supervisory experience required.
Strong leadership, organizational skills, and mechanical aptitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of KPIs.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish/English).
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required; degree/certifications are a plus.
