Job Details

Responsibilities:

Lead production operations across key areas such as cooking, packaging, sanitation, warehousing, and maintenance.
Ensure food and workplace safety standards are met throughout the shift.
Monitor labor needs and staffing to stay within budgeted goals.
Provide hands-on leadership by training, mentoring, and evaluating team members.
Monitor product quality and address any issues that arise.
Support continuous improvement and enforce production best practices.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support operational goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in food production or a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of safety and quality compliance.
Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with physical work including lifting (up to 50 lbs) and working in temperature-controlled environments (0–50°F).
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
