This is a full-time, permanent role requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure smooth production processes.
2. Lead, train, and mentor a team of production workers, promoting a positive work environment.
3. Monitor production output and quality, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
4. Work closely with the planning and logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products.
5. Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and clean workspace.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
2. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Extensive knowledge of production procedures and quality control standards.
4. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating a team.
5. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a keen eye for detail.
6. Proficiency in using production management software and other relevant computer applications.
