Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Production Support and Data Entry Clerk to provide hands-on support to the Warehouse Supervisor and Team Leads during a transitional period.

This contract is expected to last a minimum of 6 -8 weeks at which time they will evaluate their situation and possibly extend the contract.

Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Support and Data Entry Clerk to provide hands-on support to the Warehouse Supervisor and Team Leads during a transitional period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform manufacturing data entry into Microsoft D365 and other related systems
  • Assemble work order packets and support production documentation
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support warehouse operations
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft D365 (Dynamics 365) is required
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and follow-through
