Job Details
We seek both entry-level and experienced team-oriented individuals to join our production team. Successful candidates will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Punctually start work, setting up equipment and gathering necessary materials
Hold oneself accountable for the quality of work produced
Exhibit a willingness to learn and cross-train in various equipment and departments
Actively seek feedback and make adjustments as needed

Work collaboratively with a team-oriented mindset to support when needed

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Motivated, adaptable, innovative, and responsible with a focus on producing quality results
Proficient in setting up, operating, and maintaining manufacturing equipment; experience with CNC, lathe, or drill machines is a plus
Ability to read and understand customer specifications, blueprints, and related documents
Basic visual inspection skills
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Proficiency in basic math calculations
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must hold U.S. Citizenship, Permanent Resident, Asylee, or Refugee Status
Physical Requirements:
Frequent use of hands for handling tools, equipment, and controls; ability to talk and hear clearly
Occasional standing, walking, and reaching with hands and arms
Ability to move around the facility and production floor as needed
Physical endurance to lift and move up to 30 pounds
Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Strong listening skills to understand and respond to requests
