Job Details
What You'll Do:
Support partners and senior attorneys in managing complex, multi-party products liability litigation from inception through trial
Oversee comprehensive document management systems for large-scale case files, including electronic databases and physical records
Handle medical record collection, organization, and analysis
Prepare, issue, and track subpoenas in compliance with jurisdictional requirements
Coordinate case timelines, court deadlines, and attorney schedules
Perform legal and factual research with attention to detail and accuracy
Review, analyze, and create summaries of complex records and depositions
Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents
Provide critical trial support, including exhibit preparation, binder creation, and courtroom logistics
What You Bring:
3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience (products liability or complex civil litigation preferred)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Exceptional organizational abilities with proven multi-tasking skills in fast-paced environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with litigation management software and e-discovery platforms
Familiarity with case management systems (Perfect Law experience a plus)
Proficiency with Zoom, Adobe, Dropbox, and other standard legal technology tools
Self-motivated professional who excels both independently and collaboratively
Sharp analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
