We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Professional Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position involves working on a wide range of innovative and challenging projects within the engineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of various engineering projects. This role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, municipal operations, and government regulations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving, a commitment to quality, and a desire to make a positive impact on the community.

Responsibilities
1. Plan, design, and supervise construction projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
2. Conduct feasibility studies and prepare detailed reports on proposed projects.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and project stakeholders.
4. Develop and implement innovative engineering solutions to complex problems.
5. Review and approve project drawings and specifications.
6. Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
7. Coordinate with municipal and government bodies for necessary approvals and permits.
8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
9. Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the state.
4. Extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
5. Experience working with municipal and government bodies.
6. Proficiency in using engineering software tools.
7. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
