We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Professional Engineer to join our fast-paced and innovative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to utilize their expertise in civil engineering, land development, and municipal grading and drainage. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, designing, and overseeing of construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure, such as roads, railways, airports, bridges, harbors, dams, irrigation projects, power plants, and water and sewerage systems. Responsibilities:
1. Plan, design and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
2. Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).
3. Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
4. Assess potential risks, materials and costs.
5. Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
6. Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.
7. Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.
8. Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
9. Work collaboratively with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
10. Use design software to plan and design transportation systems, hydraulic systems, and structures in line with industry and government standards.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field and professional engineering license.
2. A minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design.
4. Proficient in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software.
5. Familiar with scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and design consequences.
6. Comprehensive understanding of the legal, business, and social aspects pertaining to building and construction.
7. Proven track record of managing personnel and material resources.
8. Exemplary communication skills.
9. Punctual and patient with a keen eye for detail.
10. Must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
