We are seeking a Professional Liability Attorney with a minimum of 4 to 12 years of experience in handling business litigation, and preferably legal malpractice, accounting malpractice and/or other professional liability matters.

We are seeking an experienced Professional Liability Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about the legal industry and has a strong background in handling professional liability cases. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where your expertise in malpractice, accounting, professional liability, depositions, trials, and claims will be highly valued.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert legal counsel on professional liability matters, including malpractice and accounting issues.
2. Represent clients in legal proceedings, including depositions and trials.
3. Evaluate and manage professional liability claims, ensuring the best possible outcome for our clients.
4. Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to support legal strategies.
5. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service and legal advice.
6. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
7. Stay updated with the latest changes in laws and regulations related to professional liability.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Professional Liability Attorney or similar role.
3. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
4. Proven experience in malpractice, accounting, professional liability, depositions, trials, and claims.
5. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
