Program Design Manager

Based in Atlanta, we are a private equity and venture capital Firm with a focus on the franchising space. We work with our portfolio companies to grow and scale the business from franchise development development, real estate, design & construction, and franchise operations. We are looking for a Director of Design Programs to be responsible for the creative workflow process under the general supervision of the SVP of Design and Construction. This position is responsible for directing, managing, supervising and coordinating the work activities of team to meet the needs our store roll out programs across brands.

• 6+ years of relevant design, planning and construction experience within the retail industry with 3+ years as Program Manager/Director
• 4 years experience with coordination of multiple store design projects, multi-unit roll out experience preferred
• Computer Skills: Strong AutoCAD 2D/3D, REIVT, Smartsheet programs, and additional Adobe Creative and Office Suite programs
