Program Director (Fuel Cell+Greentech)

Title: Program Director
Location: Portland, OR
Compensation: $135,000- $150,000

We are a clean tech, VC-backed start-up and we've developed a cutting-edge energy management system. Our technology combines high performance with low cost, renewable integration designed for a multitude of applications. We're in rapid-growth mode and just landed a huge round of funding, so we're in need of an experienced Program Director with a clean-tech background to join our team!!

In this position, you will be responsible for defining and owning the execution of product strategy. You'll work closely with our senior leadership team to integrate all technical and product development initiatives into a product strategy/G2M plan for sustainable growth. You'll coordinate all relevant parts of the organization (engineering, quality, supply chain, operations, sales and finance) to ensure seamless production, delivery, installation and support of our products. Main responsibilities will include (but won't be limited to):

1.) Develop product strategies
2.) Support customer engagements and sales cycles with sales team
3.) Develop follow-up processes to ensure quality implementation
4.) Oversee full product line P&L, executing revenue/margin tests
5.) Migrate product roadmap within approved timelines using approved strategies (sales channel development, manufacturing plans, support and after sales support)

REQUIREMENTS:

1.) BS in Engineering- Master's preferred
2.) 10+ years of product management experience leading the full range of product development activities
3.) Background/experience in clean tech
