Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Accounts Receivable: (Full Cycle) Project Setup, project invoicing (including progress billings), client payments, and tracking of reimbursable costs; manage collection process and reports
  • Project Cost Accounting: Post workhours and expenses to projects; prepare project related reports; manage consultant costs on projects; provide required reporting; administer consultant invoice approval process and take appropriate actions to resolve any invoicing issues reports on weekly/monthly basis.
  • Accounts Payable: Invoice entry, invoice payment and reconciliation; manage Purchase Orders, vendor setup, W9’s, consultant COI’s.
  • Project Administration: AIA contract documents; additional services agreements; consultant agreements and change orders.

Other duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Account Reconciliation and Analysis
  • Weekly/monthly financial report preparation
  • Payroll Preparation, Entry, Maintenance and Payroll Tax Payments
  • Assist with month-end close process
  • Assist with annual financial audit/review and tax filings
  • Assist with annual work comp audit
  • Assist with special projects

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of related experience; industry experience a plus
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office products, and familiarity with project-based accounting software.
  • Experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
