Job Details

We are looking for a great leader who can help manage our team of Project Accountants. This individual will walk into a team of 4+ and helping oversee the day-to-day operation for our Texas teams.

Some of the duties will include:

  • Oversees department's project accounting operations and supervises accounting team

  • Develops procedures, provides training, and conducts internal audits of project finances

  • Reviews and processes consultant payments, client invoices, and accounts receivable

  • Performs senior project accountant duties including budget tracking, financial reporting, and revenue analysis

  • Manages project setup and maintenance in accounting system according to contract terms

  • Collaborates with Business Manager to monitor project profitability, costs, and cash flow

  • Handles communications with staff, clients, and vendors regarding financial matters
