Job Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Work closely with Superintendent and Project Manager to ensure bids are delivered in a timely manner to potential clients.
- Partner with Superintendent to follow up on outstanding bids
- Utilize QuickBooks daily to complete client invoicing
- Manage and facilitate contract signing for sold jobs
- Follow up with clients on past due invoices and collections as needed
- Work with clients on material selections for jobs
- Assist with other general administrative and office tasks as needed
- Update company website and social media to assist with brand promotion
Job Requirements:
- 4+ years of administrative experience supporting sales, accounting, or construction
- Must have experience with QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and provide support to construction staff and management team
