Job Details

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Superintendent and Project Manager to ensure bids are delivered in a timely manner to potential clients.
  • Partner with Superintendent to follow up on outstanding bids
  • Utilize QuickBooks daily to complete client invoicing
  • Manage and facilitate contract signing for sold jobs
  • Follow up with clients on past due invoices and collections as needed
  • Work with clients on material selections for jobs
  • Assist with other general administrative and office tasks as needed
  • Update company website and social media to assist with brand promotion

Job Requirements:
  • 4+ years of administrative experience supporting sales, accounting, or construction
  • Must have experience with QuickBooks
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and provide support to construction staff and management team
