Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with project setup and maintenance of project records (including but not limited to subcontractor attachments, project logs, assorted project templates)
  • Meet project requirements as set forth by local ordinances
  • Order and distribute drawings
  • Prepare, email, and log subcontractor contracts and change orders
  • Request, evaluate, and log all subcontractor insurance certificates
  • Monitor and update expired insurance certificates
  • Collect, log, and assemble all project close-out documents
  • Work closely with Accounting to ensure accuracy of data in Sage
  • Assist with various office duties as needed; job duties may expand over time depending on needs


Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma (any additional experience a plus)
  • Previous commercial construction experience at a General Contractor or CM/PM Firm
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative/clerical position within the construction industry
  • Strong computer skills and experience with Procore and other MS Office Applications
  • Prior document processing and contracts experience within the construction industry (any experience working with public works projects is strongly preferred)
