We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Architect to join our team. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing various projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the architecture industry and must be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to understand project requirements and design specifications.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Prepare and review architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct site visits and review construction progress to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project progress and status.
• Mentor and train junior staff members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the architecture industry.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
• Experience in commercial, healthcare, hospitality, municipal, residential, religious, and other project types.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of AIA contract documents and project delivery methods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
