Job Details

We're seeking a passionate and innovative Project Architect with a focus on Commercial and Multifamily Projects! You'll be working on a variety of projects, from conceptual design through construction documentation and administration, giving you the chance to showcase your creative abilities and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities:

As our Project Architect, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Creating and managing architectural designs and schematics using Revit.
2. Leading the project team through the entire design and construction process.
3. Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
4. Ensuring all designs conform to established building codes and safety regulations.
5. Overseeing and managing commercial and multifamily projects from inception through construction admin.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Architect.
3. Proficiency in Revit and other relevant software.
4. Experience participating in all phases of multiple projects, from concept through construction.
5. Proven track record in managing commercial and multifamily projects.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.
8. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. A valid architectural license is preferred.
