We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our team. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects ranging from K-12 and higher education to healthcare facilities. You will be working on a wide range of projects and will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in Revit, Sketchup, Bluebeam, and other software.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to develop project plans and designs
• Create detailed drawings and models using Revit, Sketchup, and other software
• Oversee the construction process and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that the project is progressing according to plan
• Manage and coordinate with other team members, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed of project progress and to address any concerns or issues that arise
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status and progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in project architecture, preferably in the construction industry
• Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup, Bluebeam, and other software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Experience in K-12, higher education, and healthcare projects is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
