We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Architect to join our team! This is a position that offers a unique opportunity to work on an array of exciting projects, from concept to completion. The successful candidate will be involved in all stages of the architectural process, including design, planning, and construction administration. You will be working with a team of highly skilled professionals, contributing to the design and execution of innovative design solutions that will stand the test of time!

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage design concepts, schematic designs, and design development documents.
2. Prepare and present feasibility reports and design proposals to clients.
3. Coordinate with multi-disciplinary project teams throughout the design and construction process.
4. Review and manage construction documents while ensuring compliance with design intent and building codes.
5. Perform construction administration duties, including site visits, responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and coordinating with contractors.
6. Utilize Revit and other relevant software to create architectural designs and plans.
7. Lead project coordination meetings with internal team members and external consultants.
8. Promote sustainable design, with a focus on achieving LEED certification for projects.
9. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, construction documents, and project management.
3. Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software.
4. Thorough understanding of building codes, standards, and building structures.
5. Proven experience in construction administration, including site visits, RFIs, and submittals.
6. Strong knowledge of LEED standards and certification process (preferred).
7. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
8. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to think creatively.
10. Professional Architectural registration is required.
