Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Architect to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As a Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in the successful completion of various projects, with a focus on healthcare and government sectors. This is a permanent position that offers excellent growth opportunities and the chance to work on exciting and challenging projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop architectural plans, blueprints, and construction documents using Revit software.
2. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
3. Create innovative and functional designs that meet the unique needs of healthcare and government facilities.
4. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
5. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
6. Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to integrate various systems, such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, into the overall design.
7. Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and drafters, ensuring the accuracy and quality of their work.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and deliver high-quality projects.
9. Collaborate with the project management team to develop project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
10. Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
3. Proficiency in using Revit software for creating architectural plans and construction documents.
4. Strong knowledge and experience in designing healthcare and government facilities, including an understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines.
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.
6. Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
9. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing project requirements and priorities.
