Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for managing and leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met, and that the final product meets or exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
  • Work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met, and that the final product meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Oversee the design process, including drafting, modeling, and rendering, using Revit and other software tools.
  • Ensure that all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards, including AIA guidelines.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules, and ensure that all project milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with construction teams to ensure that all construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on project progress, and address any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Manage and mentor junior architects and designers, and provide guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field, with a focus on Higher Education or multi-family projects.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management and design, with a strong background in Revit and other design software tools.
  • AIA certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and techniques, and the ability to coordinate with construction teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and safely.
