Project Architect

We are an architectural firm based in Florida with 5 other offices nationwide. We mainly focus on Healthcare and Commercial projects and are driven to deliver excellent work to our clients.

We are looking to add a Project Architect to our team in our Fort Myers, FL location. If you have 3-7 years of experience doing heavy technical work in Revit, please apply below.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. As a Permanent Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of various projects, including healthcare and commercial structures. You will be working on technical design using Revit, and your expertise in architecture will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of various projects, including healthcare and commercial structures.
• Work on technical design using Revit, ensuring that all projects meet the required standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with other team members, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage project schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that all work is being completed according to the plans and specifications.
• Review and approve all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Ensure that all work meets the required building codes and regulations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on healthcare and commercial structures.
• Strong technical design skills using Revit.
• Experience working on projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure that all work meets the required standards and specifications.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
