We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic teamy. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a permanent position that offers excellent growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and contracts.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans and specifications.
• Manage project teams and provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the requirements of the client and regulatory agencies.
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other AEC software.
• Experience in healthcare design is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• LEED accreditation is a plus.
