Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Architect to join our team. This role involves overseeing the architectural aspects of the development of the design, production of the construction documents and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a creative mind, and an inherent understanding of the architectural design process. This position requires a high level of competence in design development, architectural design, Revit, and construction drawings. We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the architectural design and development process, from concept through to completion.
2. Develop and implement project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications.
3. Prepare and present design proposals to clients, adjusting design to meet client needs and budget.
4. Coordinate with a team of professionals of different disciplines to ensure project success.
5. Produce detailed architectural drawings and specifications using Revit.
6. Oversee the production of construction documents, ensuring they meet all the necessary codes and regulations.
7. Review project progress to ensure that deadlines are met.
8. Conduct regular site visits to check on project status and report on the project.
9. Liaise with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
10. Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on architectural design.
3. Proven experience in design development, architectural design, AutoCAD, and construction drawings.
4. Excellent knowledge of architectural design and visualization software.
5. Strong understanding and knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, and relevant legal regulations.
6. Excellent communication and project management skills.
7. Strong critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
9. Professional Architectural license.
10. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
