Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and attend job walks.
  • Prepare and qualify bids.
  • Coordinate building access.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and weekly status reports.
  • Tracking and review of RFI’s, submittals, shop drawings, samples, and procurement.
  • Completion of project start-up and close-out documents.
  • Assist Project Manager and Superintendent with the daily management of a variety of construction projects.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field of study
  • Previous experience in commercial construction working for a General Contractor
  • Experience with commercial tenant improvements (life science, advanced technology, life science, and/or biotech project experience strongly preferred)
  • Knowledge of construction principles, techniques and procedures.
  • Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
  • Basic knowledge of project estimating & scheduling.
  • Familiarity with construction management software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and PlanGrid
