Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Set up and attend job walks.
- Prepare and qualify bids.
- Coordinate building access.
- Prepare meeting minutes and weekly status reports.
- Tracking and review of RFI’s, submittals, shop drawings, samples, and procurement.
- Completion of project start-up and close-out documents.
- Assist Project Manager and Superintendent with the daily management of a variety of construction projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field of study
- Previous experience in commercial construction working for a General Contractor
- Experience with commercial tenant improvements (life science, advanced technology, life science, and/or biotech project experience strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of construction principles, techniques and procedures.
- Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of project estimating & scheduling.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and PlanGrid
